The Kindle 2nd Generation type face has substantially better contrast than the initial version. The type "pops out" on the page and enhances the readability. Great value!

Kindle exceeds my expectations in all areas - I'm a digital reader for life. Some books I expected to be available on the Kindle were not, however (Stieg Larsson series, The Book of Negroes), but most are. I wish I knew I was buying this within a month of the new release, however.

I love the convenience of Kindle. The device is easy to use and I love that it can store so many books. I have more books than I know what to do with and no more room. I see the Kindle as being a perfect solution. Kindle is easy to read and it is so easy to order books. The one downside that I see is that some books cost more in Kindle format than in hardback or paperback. I have refrained from purchasing those books. Also: I have probably ordered two or more thousand dollars of products from Amazon over time. I am unhappy about the cost decrease just after I made my purchase.

The seller claim that the items was in good condition but never mention the most important part was broken, the scrolling knob was split in half. talk about false advertisement!
